"We all have to care and work towards healing our persons served in order to complete the picture. We all have special things we do as part of our job, and I rely on everyone to truly care and do their job as well as I hope to be doing mine, so that persons served can live the best life possible."
In October 2012, we announced the OWL Achievement Award; an award that recognizes truly outstanding individuals working at On With Life who have demonstrated a remarkable commitment to their job and our mission. Our first winner of the award, Laura Hatcher, continues to provide outstanding care for persons served in our Long-Term Skilled Care program. Laura serves as an example for other employees, not only in her compassion for the people we serve but also in the kindness she shows for others. Congratulations Laura!
