On With Life's Long-Term Skilled Care Program for Youth and Younger Adults is located within the Glenwood Resource Center Campus at 714 Lacey Street in Glenwood, Iowa.

The On With Life Glenwood campus is housed on the grounds of the Glenwood Resource Center (GRC) located on the south side of Glenwood, Iowa. This program, Long-Term Care for Youth and Younger Adults, opened in 1996 with 22 skilled nursing beds and expanded in 1999 to 32 beds. This program serves youth and younger adults, many in a coma/minimally responsive state. Although we are located on the Glenwood Resource Center campus, we operate as a completely separate entity.

Directions from I-29

Go to the "Glenwood" exit (Exit # 35, Highway #34) and turn Left (East)

Go approximately 3½ miles, take the next "Glenwood" exit, and turn Left on Hwy 275. Hwy 275 becomes Locust St of Glenwood.

Go approximately one mile and take a Right on Nuckolls. There is a blue and white sign that says "Glenwood Resource Center" on the corner. (There is a Casey's gas station on the left, across from where you turn Right).

Go 1 block and turn Right on Vine Street. Nuckolls ends and T's into Vine where there is another blue and white sign that says "Glenwood Resource Center."

Follow Vine Street through the railroad tunnel/underpass and up the hill. You're now heading East on Main St of GRC campus.

At the top of the hill, turn Right on Lacey Street. The Lacey Building will be on your Right. 

Once inside the Lacey Building, follow the signage to the On With Life entrance door.
