Employee Giving Campaign: We Empower Hope
RAISE THE BAR at On With Life!
Each year in November, we invite employees to support the organization even further by joining the Empower Hope Club and contributing to the On With Life Foundation – either with a one-time gift or a recurring donation via payroll deduction.

Your support helps make a difference for our persons served and programs! Through the generosity of our donors (including our employee donors), following are some examples of what the foundation has helped support so far in 2021 (through September):

- $6,741: Persons served and family needs
- $229,725: Giant Strides Campaign/expansion project
- $8,733: Therapeutic grounds
- $18,389: Persons served and community events (for example: Parkinson’s conference, holiday parties, helmet giveaways, reunion)
- $33,581: Therapy equipment/supplies (for example: refresh the gym equipment, return to drive program, VeloPlus bike, assistive tech)
- $5,946: Staff appreciation and support (for example: CRRN certifications, employee recognition)

This year, there are two options for your giving. You can support needs for our persons served in all programs by contributing to the Empower Hope Fund, and/or you can support the future of On With Life by contributing to the Giant Strides Campaign and expansion project. If you are interested in committing to a multi-year pledge (up to five years) in support of the expansion project, we would be happy to share a separate pledge form.

If you have questions, feel free to reach out to us at foundation@onwithlife.org.

Thank you for your consideration! We appreciate the impact you are making at On With Life!
