All employees are invited to join, and you’re considered a member when you make a financial contribution to the On With Life Foundation.

Campaign dates: November 1 – November 21, 2022
Payroll deductions begin on January 13, 2023.
2021 Employee Giving Campaign Stats: In 2021, staff participation rate was at 60.4% (169 of 280). This included an overall total of $45,236.10 raised to support On With Life persons served and programs!
2022 Participation Goal: Our goal is set at 65% staff participation, which is equivalent to 190 of 293 staff members.
Employee Giving Campaign Form: Each staff member will receive an envelope with a personalized form showing your current payroll deductions to the On With Life Foundation.
All staff are encouraged to review their form and submit whether planning to make a contribution or declining a contribution.

IMPORTANT DATES:
Tuesday, November 1: Employee Giving Campaign kicks off
Friday, November 11: Deadline for early sign-up/renewal. Submit your form for a chance to win $50 in OWL Bucks!
Wednesday, November 16: Drop off your Employee Giving Campaign form and pick up a treat!
Monday, November 21: Final day of Employee Giving Campaign.
FUN STUFF:
In addition to the free t-shirt, everyone who participates is eligible to win a variety of prizes, including a FREE PTO DAY! All forms submitted receive one entry automatically. NEW donors automatically receive five entries! RENEWALS earn an extra entry per every $1 increase from your payroll deduction during last year’s campaign.
REMINDERS:
Every staff member that contributes to the Empower Hope Fund receives a FREE On With Life t-shirt.
Participation is key. It’s not about how much you contribute, it’s that you consider making a meaningful contribution to support the mission of On With Life in, “Joining hands, hearts, and minds to help persons living with brain injury get On With Life.”
