It has been a big year at On With Life! In 2024, we:
- Relocated our Long-Term Care program to Polk City, enhancing opportunities for those we serve.
- Expanded our spinal cord injury program, providing more support and resources.
- Launched day services at the New Horizons Center, broadening our continuum of care.
- Partnered with Hubbell Realty Company to build two new family homes, creating welcoming spaces for families.
As we look ahead, we know there are more big moments to come, and we need your help to make them count. Every contribution helps us create meaningful experiences for those living with brain injury or other neurological conditions.
Our goal is to raise $25,000 by GivingTuesday, a global day of giving on Dec. 3. Donations can be made using the form below or through our Facebook fundraiser. Thank you for supporting On With Life this time of year and always!
