On With Life has two main campus locations, one in Ankeny, Iowa and one in Glenwood, Iowa. On With Life considers it a privilege to call both of these locations home. We wouldn't be where we are today without the support of these communities. We thank them for their continued support of On With Life and the people we serve.

The On With Life Glenwood campus is housed on the grounds of the Glenwood Resource Center (GRC) located on the south side of Glenwood, Iowa. This program, Long-Term Care for Youth and Younger Adults, opened in 1996 with 22 skilled nursing beds and expanded in 1999 to 32 beds. This program serves youth and younger adults, many in a coma/minimally responsive state. Although we are located on the Glenwood Resource Center campus, we operate as a completely separate entity.
