2023 PRESS Series

Again this year, On With Life will be holding a Parkinson's Roadmap for Education and Support Services (PRESS) series in conjunction with the the American Parkinson Disease Association (APDA) Iowa Chapter! The series will take place weekly on Wednesdays from 11 am - 12 pm from February 22 through March 29.  The class is open to any adult who has been diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease within the last 5 years, their care partners and adult family members.

Here's what you can expect to learn from the series:

• Next Steps after Diagnosis, Tips for Daily Living
• Medication Management of Parkinson’s
• Exercise and PD
• Managing the Physical Symptoms of PD
• Caring for Others, Caring for Yourself
• Building your Healthcare team

In person sessions will take place at On With Life's outpatient clinic in Ankeny, will a virtual option will be available via Zoom. Click here to register for the upcoming PRESS series.
