Angie Jackson
Director of Referrals + Admissions

Angie Jackson joined the On With Life team as director of referrals and admissions in February 2022. She has spent more than 30 years in the healthcare industry, working for 18 years at Pate Rehabilitation in Dallas, Texas before coming to On With Life. Angie earned her Masters in Business Administration and Masters of Science from Southwest Missouri State University and is a licensed speech language pathologist. She also hold certified brain injury specialist-advanced practitioner designation as well as trainer for CBIS. Angie serves as chair of the Academy of Brain Injury Specialists Board of Directors through the Brain Injury Association of America and sits on the Brain Injury Association of America Board of Directors and has presented nationally and internationally on the topics of brain injury rehabilitation..

Sonni Ricklefs
Rehabilitation Clinical Liaison

Sonni Ricklefs is a registered nurse who has served at On With Life since 2014. She received her Bachelors of Science in Nursing through Mercy College of Health Sciences and is also a Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse and a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. Sonni enjoys helping others and loves that On With Life allows her to combine her passions of nursing and neurology.

Natalie Hite
Rehabilitation Clinical Liaison

Natalie Hite is a registered nurse who joined On With Life in 2023.  She received her associate nursing degree at Des Moines Area Community College, Bachelor's of Science in Psychology and Sociology through Iowa State University and is also a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. Natalie has worked in healthcare for more than 25 years.  She enjoys helping others as they transition through the health care system.

Adam Rowley
Rehabilitation Clinical Liaison

Adam Rowley started at On With Life in the therapy department in 2021 and then transitioned to the admissions and referrals department in 2023. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa in Human Physiology in 2016 and PTA certificate from Indian Hills in 2021. He is certified as a both a brain injury specialist and stroke rehabilitation specialist. He enjoys learning about persons served journeys and helping them get back to doing things they love.
