On With Life's Ankeny Campus is located at 715 SW Ankeny Road in Ankeny, Iowa. 
The On With Life Ankeny campus sits on 20 acres of land on the south side of town and was the starting point of On With Life when we opened in 1991. The programs based here include: Post-Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation, Outpatient Neuro Rehabilitation, Neuropsychological Services and the Apartments of OWL Creek (Independent Living). Our Residential Neuro Rehabilitation program is located in Des Moines.

Directions from Interstate-80:

Take exit 135 for 2nd Ave/Polk City Head north for approximately 3 miles past the exit for Camp Sunnyside.
You will see a green sign indicating a right turn for On With Life.  Turn right at the light onto NW 72nd Place.  
Take an immediate turn left onto SW Ankeny Road.
Follow the road for approximately .7 mile.  Turn right into the main parking lot just past the On With Life sign.

Directions from Interstate-35:

Take exit 90 for Oralabor Rd 
Head west on Oralabor Rd for 1.2 miles (You will go through the intersection with Ankeny Blvd/NE 14 Street)
You will see a green OWL sign near the DMACC pond, turn left onto SW Snyder Blvd for 1 block to the stop sign.
Turn right onto SW Ankeny Road and On With Life is the second facility on the left.
