That’s why we offer online bill pay as a convenient, safe and secure method of payment for Inpatient, Outpatient and Neuropsychology services. To pay your bill, please visit our payment portal here.
To complete an online payment, please provide the following information:
Person served first and last name
Contact phone number
Credit card information, including name, card number, expiration date, security code and card billing zip code
Optional information includes the account type (Inpatient, Outpatient, or Neuropsychology), dates of service and email address.
Accounts remain in good standing when balances are paid within 30 days of receiving your Self Pay invoice. If there are circumstances that do not allow you to make a payment towards your balance, please contact our Accounting office immediately. On With Life offers discounts on Self Pay balances for those persons served that qualify for Financial Hardship Assistance. Please refer to the On With Life Financial Hardship application.
