WHEN WILL THE CLASS BE HELD?
Classes held Monday/Wednesday/Friday from 10:00-11:00 a.m. via Zoom

WHY IS THIS CLASS IMPORTANT?
The pandemic has affected many things, including our ability to socialize and exercise. Individuals need to continue to move in the safety and comfort of their own home. This class will allows you to increase our cardiovascular output safely, increase stretching and flexibility. Exercise also releases endorphins which is the feel good brain chemicals.

WHO SHOULD PARTICIPATE IN THIS CLASS?
This class is open to anyone at no charge! This class would be a good fit for anyone who wants to stay low-impact physical exercise in a group setting. If you are looking to improve balance and endurance or are potentially concerned about your physical fitness due to COVID or other pre-existing conditions.

WHO WILL BE LEADING THE CLASS?
Our team of neuro rehabilitation therapists will be leading the class. Our physical and occupational therapists are trained in neuro rehabilitation, as well as LSVT and CBIS certified.

WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
No equipment is needed! If you sign up in October, our team will mail you a Zoom Fitness Pack! Otherwise, therapists will use common things around your home - a chair, can of soup, shopping bag, etc.

HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Sign up on our website here! Sign up in October, and our team will mail you a Zoom Fitness Pack! You will receive an email from our team with a document to sign that must be done prior to your first class.
