On With Life began as the dream of a dedicated and passionate group of survivors and their families, faced with the challenge of rebuilding lives shattered by brain injury. They envisioned a program that would provide rehabilitation services to persons living with brain injury. With campuses in Ankeny, Coralville, Des Moines and Glenwood, On With Life has served more than 5,000 individuals and their families through our continuum of specialty services. Our extensive rehabilitation services, combined with specialized expertise in neuro rehabilitation, make On With Life a world-class rehabilitation program.
Does On With Life have a post-COVID program?
Yes, we can see individuals with post-COVID symptoms at our Ankeny and Coralville outpatient clinics.
What types of post-COVID symptoms do you treat?
Sleep and fatigue are the most common symptoms, and about 25 percent of individuals will have some form of anxiety or depression. Other symptoms may include weakness, vestibular and balance issues or headaches.
Is post-COVID rehabilitation covered under my insurance?
We accept most major insurances. Please call our clinic to discuss your specific coverage.
Do I need a referral?
You can request services at On With Life, and we will work collaboratively with your physician.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Call our clinic or ask your doctor to submit an order via fax to your preferred location.
What is your facility like?
Our facility is easy to access with free and close parking and no elevators or stairs. All of your therapies will happen in the same building, with no transport between clinics necessary.

What will my therapy look like?
