Whether you recently left the hospital and need full-time inpatient care, or are looking for personalized therapy in an outpatient setting to stay healthy, we have what you need to get On With Life. In our outpatient program, 86% of stroke persons served showed significant improvement, and of the 276 people in the outpatient stroke rehab program last year, 21 persons served were able to return to driving.
