Outpatient Medical Clinic
As a way to further support persons served and individuals experiencing a diverse range of neurological conditions, On With Life provides medical management services through its outpatient medical clinic. Our medical clinic aims to bridge the gap in neurological care through comprehensive neuro rehabilitation, coordinated medical oversight, targeted medical interventions and diagnosis-specific educational tools.

- Medication consultation with close collaboration with primary care providers and specialists
- Spasticity management
- Complex neurological care review
- Assistance with medical assessments and documentation needed to obtain medical equipment
These services are intended for individuals who have experienced a neurological injury or diagnosis such as a traumatic brain injury, stroke, spinal cord injury, Parkinson’s disease or concussion. By prioritizing continuity and early intervention, our team can help reduce preventable complications and provide support to optimize recovery and quality of life. Our medical clinic services provide supplemental support and are intended to be used alongside – rather than as a replacement for – a primary care physician.
