Sarah Becker, MS, CCC-SLP, CBIS is a speech-language pathologist and Neurorehabilitation Clinical Specialist with over 21 years of experience in neurorehabilitation. She has spent the majority of her career at On With Life in Ankeny, Iowa, where she has specialized in working with individuals recovering from traumatic brain injuries (TBI), stroke, spinal cord injuries, and other acquired neurological conditions. Throughout her career, Sarah has been dedicated to helping individuals maximize their communication, cognitive, and functional abilities while collaborating within a transdisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based, person-centered care. She is passionate about translating her extensive clinical experience into practical, applicable strategies and enjoys sharing her knowledge through education and professional collaboration.
Claire Gripenberg, MA, CCC-SLP, CBIS is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist at On With Life, where she specializes in neurorehabilitation for individuals recovering from stroke, traumatic brain injury, spinal cord injury, and other neurological conditions. She holds a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Northern Iowa, is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) and holds her Certified Brain Injury Specialist (CBIS) training. Claire has 9 years of clinical experience with 8 years specializing in adolescent and adult neuro. Claire works closely with patients and their support systems to address challenges in speech, language, cognition, and swallowing by personalizing treatment to each person. Claire collaborates as part of a transdisciplinary care team to support whole-person recovery to help regain confidence, independence, and quality of life. She looks forward to sharing knowledge and treatment ideas to better support individuals, specifically SCI, and their recovery.
